INTER HOUSE RECITATION COMPETITION(I & II)

St. George’s school, Alaknanda held an Inter house Hindi Poem Recitation Competition on 21st January, 2020 for classes I and II. A variety of poems on different themes were chosen by the eight houses ranging from patriotism to humour. Students showcased their talent in colourful attire and exhibited real hard work. The presentation was full of zeal and enthusiasm that enthralled the audience. The Principal appreciated the efforts of the participants and the teachers. Patel house bagged the first position and Tagore house bagged the second position.
English Song Competition for Pre school and Pre Primary

The English Song Competition for Pre school and Pre Primary classes was held on 22.01.2020. It saw fifty percent participation from each section. All the participants were dressed up beautifully and performed with great enthusiasm on the stage. Honourable Principal Sir graced the occasion and appreciated the efforts of the little Georgeans.
HANDWRITING COMPETITION

The students of Pre – School and Pre – Primary classes of St. George’s School ,Alaknanda had a handwriting competition on 17th January , 2020 where students were awarded for consistent neat handwriting throughout the year. All students participated in the competition. The Principal, Mr. Charles Abraham was present for the display. He appreciated the handwriting of the little georgeans.
INTERHOUSE GROUP DANCE COMPETITION

St. George’s School, Alaknanda organized an Inter-House group dance Competition on 22ndNovember, 2019 for the students of classes I and II. The theme of the competition was regional dances from various states wherein all eight houses competed. Exploring their creativity and showcasing unique perspectives through their splendid performances delighted the judges. The dancers dazzled in their colourful attire. The Principal, Mr Charles Abraham appreciated the presentation and congratulated the winners. The first position was bagged by Azad house and the second position was awarded to Gandhi house.
