INTER HOUSE DANCE COMPETITION (PATRIOTIC) – CLASSES I & II

St. George’s School, Alaknanda, organised a spectacular Inter-House Dance Competition on 2nd December 2025 for the students of Classes I and II. The honourable Director Ma’am, Dr. Sara George and the respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Anjali Massey graced the occasion with their presence.

Centered around the theme “Patriotism,” the event unfolded with vibrant energy and tremendous enthusiasm shown by the students.

The young dancers, dressed in dazzling and colourful costumes, captivated the audience with their graceful twirls, rhythmic coordination, and expressive movements. Their well-rehearsed steps and beautifully crafted props infused life into each performance, creating an atmosphere brimming with national pride. Every participant displayed remarkable confidence and enthusiasm, transforming the stage into a lively celebration of the spirit of India.

The scintillating performances reflected the students’ zest to excel and the sheer joy radiating from them made the occasion truly delightful. All eight houses participated with great zeal, adding to the excitement and competitive spirit of the event.

The respected Principal Ma’am  applauded the performers for their outstanding presentations and acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the teachers. She also appreciated the selection of patriotic songs, the meaningful lyrics, as well as the commendable anchors and fillers.

Shastri House emerged victorious, securing the first position and Patel house bagged the second position.

The event concluded on a proud note with the National Anthem.
