REPORT ON STAFF PICNIC
The school organized a one-day picnic for the teaching and non-teaching staff on 13th December to Farm Aravilia, with the aim of providing relaxation, recreation, and an opportunity for bonding among staff members. The one-day tour was graced by Honourable Director Dr. Sara George Ma’am and Respected Principal, Ms. Anjali Massey Ma’am.
All the staff assembled in the school premises at 7:30 a.m. and proceeded towards the buses. A total of three buses were arranged, which departed at 8:15 a.m. The journey took approximately two and a half hours, and the staff reached the destination by late morning. Farm Aravilia welcomed everyone with its scenic beauty, surrounded by hills and a serene natural environment. Upon arrival, the staff received a warm welcome, followed by a refreshing breakfast.
After the hearty breakfast, the teachers enthusiastically participated in various fun-filled games to build up team-spirit, which created an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie. This was followed by a short cultural programme, featuring an engaging and colorful performance, puppet show and some dances by a group of Rajasthani artists, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Subsequently, lunch was served, after which the staff took part in several adventure and recreational activities, including ziplining, sky cycling, trampoline, and other activities available at the farmhouse. These activities added excitement and made the picnic a memorable experience. Later, high tea was served, providing a relaxing conclusion to the day’s events.
The group began its return journey at around 4:45 p.m. After expressing heartfelt gratitude to Honourable Director Dr. Sara George Ma’am, for organizing such a wonderful outing, the staff reached the school premises by approximately 7:30 p.m., marking the end of a refreshing and enjoyable day.
The staff picnic proved to be a delightful and rejuvenating experience, strengthening mutual bonding and leaving everyone with pleasant memories.
