REPORT ON CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION FOR THE UNDERPRIVILGED CHILDREN
On 17th December, 2025, St. George’s School organised a heartfelt Christmas celebration for the underprivileged children from Govindpuri, New Delhi. The event was graced by the presence of Honourable Director Ma’am and esteemed Principal Ma’am whose unwavering support and encouragement added great meaning to the occasion.
The celebration was filled with joy and festive spirit as students of our school presented an energetic and captivating Christmas dance performances and Christmas Carols, spreading smiles all around. As a gesture of love and care, 200 underprivileged children were each gifted warm blankets, snug mufflers, and delightful boxes of sweets —gestures that brought comfort and joy to many.
In her inspiring address, Respected Principal Ma’am reflected on the true essence of Christmas, reminding everyone that the birth of Jesus symbolizes love, compassion, and selfless sacrifice. She encouraged to embrace the season not only as a time of festivity but also as an opportunity to share kindness and spread love.
The children’s radiant smiles and enthusiastic laughter brought the celebration to life, perfectly capturing the spirit of giving and caring that defines this beautiful occasion. The day concluded with heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a renewed sense of togetherness.
