HANDWRITING COMPETITION PRE-SCHOOL AND PRE-PRIMARY CLASSES

 Handwriting Competition was successfully conducted on Thursday, 22.01.2026 for the Pre-School and Pre-Primary classes. The competition aimed to encourage young learners to develop fine motor skills and foster an appreciation for neat and well-organized writing.

Notebooks of the best five students from each section of the Pre-School and Pre-Primary classes were displayed for evaluation.

The judgement was based on neatness, correct letter formation and overall maintenance of notebooks.

The occasion was graced by Honourable Director Ma’am and Respected Principal Ma’am.

Honourable Director Ma’am also shared the following valuable suggestions for future competitions: –

To enhance the quality of children’s notebook work.

To emphasize vocabulary development and writing patterns to ensure that students understand the concepts clearly and effectively.

Correct and precised formation of letters to be taught to the children.

Adequate spacing should be provided between words so that students can create neat and clear drawings, and the entire notebook page is utilized effectively.

Use of appropriate and simple visuals along with simple words as per understanding of children should be done to ensure their meanings are explained clearly and effectively.

The event was appreciated by Honourable Director Ma’am and Respected Principal Ma’am and it proved to be a meaningful initiative in promoting good handwriting habits among young learners.
