SCIENCE EXHIBITION
A Science exhibition was organised at St. George’s School, Alaknanda on 24th September2025 for classes IX and XI. The exhibition was inaugurated at 9.30 AM by HonourableDirector Dr. Sara George along with Respected Principal Mrs. Anjali Massey by cutting theribbon. Various models such as Magnetic brake system, Auto agronomic farming system,
Electricity generator from waste material, Sensor stick for blinds, AC generator etc. weredisplayed by the students of class IX. Class XI students displayed models such as Drool
watch and Kers technology, Electroplating, BP and pulse detector shirt, Six thinking hats,
Stirling engine, Aufbau principle and Mind game quiz.
Through Models, PowerPoint presentations and charts, students suggested ways to sort outproblems related to daily life i.e. to prevent wastage of electricity, better farming techniquesand how to have a health oriented approach towards a better life.
Honourable Director ma’am and Respected Principal ma’am interacted with the students totest their understanding, skill and the ability to apply their knowledge in day-to-day life. Theparticipants enthusiastically explained their models and answered the questions, asked.
Honourable Director ma’am and Respected Principal ma’am appreciated the efforts put in bythe students, encouraged them and also gave suggestions as to how they could make theirmodels practically useful in their day to day life.
Respected Principal Ma’am suggested that the Exhibition could be done based on ageneralized theme.
