Inter House Tribal Dance Competition (Classes VI – VIII)

 An Inter House Tribal Dance Competition for the students of classes VI – VIII was held on 26th July 2022 in the school auditorium. The children dressed up in colourful costumes and swayed to the beats of the tribal music, and enthralled the audience with their vivacious dances.

Honorable Director Ma’am, Dr. Sara George and Respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Anjali Massey graced the occasion.

Azad House bagged the first prize for their Baiga Adivasi dance representing the joyous spirit and valour of the forest dwellers of Madhya Pradesh. Nehru house got the second position for the Bodo tribal Dance representing Assam. Other houses were equally attention grabbing.

Honorable Director Ma’am appreciated the students for their mesmerizing performance. She encouraged them to applaud the optimistic emerging tribal communities to blend in the main stream.

The Principal praised the students for their exemplary dance and also motivated them to conduct research, learn about the local instruments and develop their skills holistically.
